  • Creating a plan:  Break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps.

  • Taking action:  Even small steps in the right direction can build momentum and create a positive feedback loop.

Focusing on what you're grateful for shifts your energy from lack to abundance. It helps you appreciate the good in your life and attracts more of it. Make a daily practice of gratitude journaling, expressing thanks to others, or simply taking a moment to appreciate the beauty around you.
