Dear Dr. Lloyd, I'd like to know more about anxiety and stress management. I'm really stressed out and my job sucks.

Well, welcome to the club. Just kidding. But anxiety is something that we all deal with.

A lot of people think that it's a dirty word, right? But anxiety is actually something that helps us out. You know, you wouldn't want to walk across the street and get hit by a car, right? You have to look both ways. So you need to have your guard up a little bit.

You wouldn't want to forget to pay your taxes or go to work or, you know, do any number of the things that my wife asked me to do. But what happens is sometimes anxiety gets to be a little bit too much, and that's when it becomes a stress on our body. We need to do something about it, and we can talk it out, we can write it out, we can breathe it out, or we can work it out.
