Okay, let's see what the mailbag has for us today. We've got, Dear Dr. Lloyd, how do I love myself more and practise self-care? Well, this is a topic that we all need a little bit more of TLC, because I for one don't like myself very much sometimes. I think I'm kind of annoying, and sometimes people agree, but I think oftentimes we're more compassionate to strangers or our friends or co-workers or other people or even characters who are on TV than to ourselves, and that makes for kind of a mismatch, because if we're not nice to ourselves, we're not likely to give off an energy that tends to be positive and bring people in. We're also not likely to be open to positive things happening in our life, so really loving yourself and being compassionate towards yourself helps you do the things that you really want to in life, so give it a try.
